Wade’s transaction experience includes leading buy-side and sell-side projects for clients, focused on enhancing value and mitigating risk. This includes sell-side support for investment banks and their clients; carve-out divestitures; identifying working capital requirements and negotiating positions’ structuring; overall M&A project management and merger integration and separations, among other related solutions.
