Most recently, Adam served as the Global Legacy Modernization Lead at a multinational technology consultancy, where he spearheaded the vision and growth of global teams focused on cloud-native development and modern application practices. He led the Mainframe Modernization initiative, integrating a newly acquired COBOL conversion capability and conceptualizing “Compass,” a Generative AI asset for reverse engineering legacy code. 

Adam previously led global Offerings across Applications and Infrastructure with a focus on Application Modernization and Azure Migration. He also led the integration of a digital and financial services firm, aligning operations and culture. His tenure included serving as CTO for the Australia region, where he directed technical strategy for a 250-person organization and scaled service lines to meet business demand. Across various engagements, including with a global bank, national utility, and major retailers Adam consistently delivered turnaround strategies, performance architecture, and modernization roadmaps. His leadership has been marked by a commitment to innovation, team development, and maximizing client value through technology.  Adam continues to innovate with the latest technology and AI capabilities to help drive automation, autonomous business processes and value for clients.
