Survey Access
Grant Thornton provides access to the Pandemic Risk Assessment survey and/or the CARES Act Planner (individually, the “Survey”) solely for use in connection with the Grant Thornton Pandemic Risk Assessment or CARES Act Planner services, respectfully. Once the Survey is completed, Grant Thornton will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide you with access to an assessment based on the results of the Survey (the “Results”). Grant Thornton and/or its third party providers retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Survey and the Results (other than any of your source data that may be incorporated in the Results), including all intellectual property rights in the Survey and the Results, which shall be deemed to be the Confidential Information of Grant Thornton.
Scope
The Survey and Results are provided for informational purposes only and are expressly not professional advice. Grant Thornton accepts no responsibility for your use of the Survey and Results for any purpose, nor decisions made by you related to the Survey and/or Results. Further, the Survey and Results are to be used solely for internal business purposes and recipients should not provide them to anyone else. The Survey and Results were prepared based on specific information available at a certain point in time. Such information may have since changed or no longer be accurate.
Confidentiality
Each party may disclose to the other party information that it considers confidential or proprietary (“Confidential Information”). The parties agree not to use or disclose each other’s Confidential Information for any purpose other than in connection with the Survey and the Results. You agree to provide the minimum amount of Confidential Information needed. You are responsible for obtaining, pursuant to law or regulation, any necessary consents related to the information submitted by you.

The Survey and the Results are being provided “as is” without warranty of any kind and Grant Thornton hereby disclaims all warranties with respect to the Survey and Results including, without limitation, all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose and non-infringement.
