Nancy Langdon

Executive summary

Nancy Langdon is a partner in Grant Thornton’s Washington National Tax Office, where she focuses on partnership transactions.

With over two decades of experience, she advises clients on all aspects of partnership taxation, including post-acquisition integrations, contributions, distributions, allocations, formations, terminations, conversions and debt restructuring.

Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Nancy spent over 20 years at PwC, where she led quantitative solutions for partnership acquisitions, operations and disposition transactions.

She is a CPA in Arizona and Washington, D.C., and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants. She also served on the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ (AICPA) Partnership Technical Resource Panel, has published numerous articles, frequently presents at American Bar Association (ABA) meetings, and has taught taxation courses as an adjunct professor at her alma mater.

• Nancy holds a master's degree in taxation and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Arizona State University.
