In these roles, she provides a wide range of personalized services for her clients, including detailed audits and the evaluation and testing of internal controls for FDICIA and SOX compliance. She also helps clients engage in and complete the IPO process, providing the detailed guidance companies need at every step of this milestone journey.
As part of her industry roles, Rina assembles and leads high-performing teams of audit and assurance, tax and advisory professionals. Her in-depth knowledge of the asset management and real estate industries is a boon to her clients, providing them with the timely guidance to achieve their goals and distinguish themselves in the marketplace. This knowledge has been accumulated through over 20 years of dedicated, comprehensive service to the firm’s clients.
Prior to joining the firm in 2003, Rina spent over seven years at two other accounting firms. She participates in a number of Grant Thornton’s Business Resource Groups (BRGs): employee-led teams that focus on uplifting underrepresented groups. Further, as one of the founders of her firm’s Women & Allies BRG in Dallas, she mentors dozens of young professionals — learning their goals, skills and interests so she can help them craft rewarding careers.

Rina is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Community involvement
- Rina is a longtime board member for Big Thought: the Dallas nonprofit that uses artistic and educational programming to empower children from marginalized communities.
- She is on the audit committee for the North Texas Food Bank, and she is on the board of the Dallas Breakfast Group: an organization comprised of business leaders promoting civic engagement and encouraging stellar candidates to run for local office.
- In 2023, Rina graduated from Leadership Dallas, the Dallas Regional Chamber’s flagship leadership development program.

Rina holds a bachelor of commerce in accounting degree from Narsee Monjee College in Mumbai.
