Pat Andrews-Osula

Executive summary

Pat is a Managing Director in the Dallas Audit practice, primarily serving clients across the central region. She is a multi-disciplined professional with over 16 years of experience providing a broad range of audit services including External/Internal Audits, SOX 404 Readiness and Attestation, National Practice consultations, Audit Quality Reviews (AQR) and external PCAOB inspections.

Pat also has over 25 years of consulting experience in advisory services including ERP systems implementations, Finance Transformation, Risk Governance & Compliance, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). She has worked with both public and private companies across a variety of industries.

Pat worked in the UK as a Chartered Certified Accountant for an international software company and a global media organization. She transitioned into an IT professional role in the US, where she worked for a global Professional Services consulting firm and a software development company, performing systems analysis and design, ERP implementations, and project management of large IT projects. Pat later went into public accounting where she spent over 16 years working for ‘Big 4’ public accounting firms, serving Audit and Advisory clients in both the public and private sector across a variety of industries including Consumer & Industrial Products, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Technology, Energy and Financial Services.
