Nick Moore

Nick Moore is a Partner in the National Audit Quality & Risk group, serves as a Professional Practice Director, and sits in the Dallas office of Grant Thornton. He has over 22 years of public accounting experience, primarily in the manufacturing, distribution and retail industries, with both private and publicly held companies and partnerships. 

Nick’s experience includes supervisory responsibility for audit clients ranging from $25.0 million to $1.0 billion in revenue, including several international companies. He was also a part of the Firm’s Audit Methodology & Standards Group from April 2015 until August 2022, assisting engagement teams on audit methodology implementation and participating in development and review of Firm policy, guidance, and training programs. Nick serves on the four peer review engagements performed by the Firm as part of the core engagement team. His responsibilities on these engagements include planning, assisting with direct inspections, oversight of the testing of the system of quality control, as well as concluding and reporting.
