Nicole Blythe

Executive summary

Nicole Blythe is an audit partner in the Dallas office and the firm’s National Managing Partner – Quality Management. She serves on the firm’s Audit Executive Team and has responsibility for monitoring and remediation related to the firm’s system of quality management and advises the firm’s global platform entities on quality management.  Nicole previously led operations for the firm’s audit and assurance practice where she had primary responsibility for technology delivery, global workforce, and quality operations. She has over 30 years of experience in public accounting, primarily serving public and private companies. 

Nicole has experience in a variety of industries, including healthcare, technology and services.  Nicole previously served as the leader of the Central Region audit practice and the leader of the industry programs for the Central Region.  Nicole has also served as the firm’s National Managing Partner of People Experience, providing leadership to the areas of talent acquisition, culture, diversity and inclusion, alumni programs, and partner talent management.  Nicole works with public and large private companies and is experienced in tax exempt debt offerings, public debt offerings and IPOs.
