Mark Perechinsky

Mark Perechinsky is a Tax Services partner in Grant Thornton’s Philadelphia office. In his role, he serves as the Atlantic Coast Region Leader for Partnership Tax Services and the East Coast Leader for the Partnership Capital Account Maintenance (“PCAM”) group. Mark has advised private equity, investment partnerships/advisers and high net-worth families in tax compliance, structuring, M&A, and other operational matters. Many of his clients have international operations or international investments, and complications due to investments by foreign nationals. Throughout Mark’s career, he has designed and instructed internal continuing professional education courses and spoken to local groups and organizations about changes in the country’s taxing structure or legislative changes.
