Scott C. DeVenny

Scott DeVenny has over 30 years of experience in successive leadership roles. As Grant Thornton's market managing partner in Cincinnati, he leads a team of audit, tax and advisory professionals serving clients in a wide variety of industries. Scott serves both public and privately held clients. Prior to this role, Scott was the firm's Technology Industry Practice leader in Cincinnati and a member of the national Hospitality leadership team. He has extensive experience providing accounting, audit and due diligence support to clients involved in IPOs, mergers, acquisitions and private financing transactions.

Scott has extensive integrated audit experience as lead partner and engagement quality reviewer on domestic and multi-national public company audits. He also works with numerous private equity groups as an auditor of their portfolio companies.
