In this role, he led the implementation of a function-led, geographically agnostic shared services model, significantly improving operational efficiency and scalability. Prior to that, he held several leadership roles at Ports America, including CFO, and served as director of corporate development at Avaya. Surett began his career in public accounting and later worked in both commercial and investment banking at Bank of America and Citigroup.
