Brian O’Sullivan

Brian is a senior transformation leader with extensive experience delivering complex business and change programs. He leads Grant Thornton Advisors’ Asset Management Advisory offering and applies a structured, outcomes‑focused approach to enterprise‑wide transformations with strong governance and disciplined execution. He is known for translating strategy into action while managing risk and long‑term sustainability.

Brian has led large global outsourcing projects, migrations, system implementation initiatives and accounting and finance transformation programs for global fund administrators, asset managers, and investment managers, including operating model assessments and TPA effectiveness assessments. He has also driven large‑scale data migration and process redesign to improve efficiency, consistency and oversight.

Coming from an audit and assurance background, Brian also has strong experience in strengthening control environments, including control framework assessments, global SOC reporting for fund administrators, and governance enhancement, supporting clients in transitioning to scalable hybrid operating models. Brian previously acted as the firm’s Global Accounts Lead for over four years, where he helped scale up our global delivery model with Ireland as a center of excellence.
