Nicole Julius

Nicole Julius serves as the national managing partner of Enterprise Assurance Services at Grant Thornton LLP, where she leads the strategy, growth and delivery of the firms non-financial assurance and certification solutions, including System and Organization Controls (SOC), Sustainability, Employee Benefit Plan, Structured Finance Transactions and IT Audit assurance solutions — all with a focus on anticipating market trends and delivering innovative services that address emerging client needs. She is also a partner at Grant Thornton Advisors LLC.

As head of the Enterprise Assurance Services practice, Nicole leads an experienced team of professionals dedicated to advancing next-generation trust, compliance and assurance solutions on a multinational scale in response to an evolving risk landscape, including emerging challenges related to artificial intelligence and digital transformation. 

With more than 22 years of experience in public accounting and consulting, Nicole has led some of the firm's most complex assurance and compliance engagements and continues to provide strategic leadership to clients and teams nationwide, driving growth, innovation, and market relevance across key industries. Her expertise spans SOC reporting, Regulation AB and USAP attestations, HITRUST certifications, HIPAA compliance, NIST and ISO assessments, cybersecurity and privacy assurance, risk assessments and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Prior to assuming her national leadership role, she was responsible for signing more than 100 certifications and attestation reports annually.
