Peter Stiegler

Peter is a seasoned advisor and part of Grant Thornton’s Technology Enablement Advisory Practice focusing on technology strategy and operations. He joined Grant Thornton in August 2021. His experience come primarily from management and technology consulting roles at large and boutique professional services firms as well as independent consulting work. Peter has expertise in both conducting strategy engagements, like business case creation, roadmap development, and operating model design, but also leading large-scale transformation and organizational change initiatives.

His areas of expertise include business and IT strategy, IT operating model, enterprise architecture, IT transformation, IT infrastructure (especially compute/cloud, network, and end-user computing/workplace), IT service management, program & project management, and scaled agile.
