Jason Nelson

Jason is a Partner in the Tax Services group. He has worked with Grant Thornton for over 17 years and has extensive experience with multi-national businesses in the technology, services, retail, distribution, and manufacturing industries. Jason provides a broad range of services including income tax provisions, complex tax compliance and planning for businesses, mergers and acquisitions, IRS and multistate audit defense. In all aspects of his practice, Jason works to identify value-added planning ideas. He works collaboratively with clients and their other advisors to address business challenges and opportunities in a proactive, coordinated and cost-efficient manner at both the entity level and the owner level.
