She spent two years on rotation in Grant Thornton’s Audit Innovation and Strategy Group where she developed and deployed audit data analytics and automations for clients, and pioneered data analytic approaches to drive insights and audit efficiencies.

Brittany’s work at Grant Thornton extends beyond the client side. As a firm culture champion, she oversees the Advisory Council for employee feedback and action plans to increase employee engagement and satisfaction. Brittany also proudly spearheads the Women@Grant Thornton Business Resource Group, focusing on leadership training to retain and empower women to advance within the firm.
