Craig Miller

Craig Miller is an Audit & Assurance partner and the national professional practice director (NPPD) for the East Region. He works with offices throughout the region on technical GAAP, GAAS and SEC reporting issues and is also a member of Grant Thornton’s Partnership Board. Prior to his role as NPPD, Miller was an Audit partner in Grant Thornton’s Mid-Atlantic practice working out of the Baltimore office and serving as the professional standards partner for that same practice.

With more than 30 years of experience in public accounting as well as two years of industry experience, Miller has overseen all aspects of service in various industries including technology, consumer and industrial products, real estate, and government contracting. He has also worked with clients on private placement offerings, initial public and secondary offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and divestitures.
