Mike Ward has more than 30 years of advisory experience and is the national managing principal for Grant Thornton’s Business Consulting practice. Business consulting services help clients fine-tune their organizations for optimal performance, achieve business objectives and transform value to become agile, forward-thinking organizations that are ready for whatever the future may bring.
Ward has extensive experience in the travel and transportation industries. In addition, he has worked with clients in a range of other industries, most notably retail, consumer products and technology. Previously he was a line consulting partner at IBM, primarily responsible for two large accounts before becoming practice leader for financial management consulting, and subsequently travel and transportation industry leader within IBM Global Business Services. His last role at IBM was as a regional vice president in the Southwest region.
