Jeff Pajauskas

Jeff Pajauskas has more than 12 years of experience in public accounting. Jeff works on both public and private companies ranging in revenue from $100M to $3B primarily in the consumer and industrial products industry. Jeff has extensive knowledge experience in the manufacturing and distribution service industries. He is experienced in the review of SEC filings, including annual and quarterly findings, security registrations and proxy statements.

Jeff also completed a rotation in Grant Thornton’s professional standards group. During his rotation, Jeff worked directly with the Partner-in-Charge of Professional Standards dealing with professional standards, audit and risk management for clients throughout the Midwest territory.

Jeff has significant experience in the review of SEC filings, including annual and quarterly findings, security registrations and proxy statements.  In addition, Jeff has been involved in numerous merger and acquisition related activities, debt offerings and has extensive experience on integrated audits.
