Jason P. Rogers

Jason Rogers is an Audit Services partner in Grant Thornton’s Atlanta office and has over 18 years of experience in financial accounting and advisory services. He provides audit services to public and private clients in the consumer industrial products and technology sectors, including a primary focus on food and beverage, manufacturing and distribution, and transportation/logistics. He also assists clients with SOX-related issues, including assessing the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, identifying internal control weaknesses, and recommending suggestions for corrective action. In addition, Rogers has extensive experience with mergers, business acquisitions, due diligence and analysis, as well as in providing assurance services and compliance testing related to employee benefit plans, including employee stock ownership plans.
