Adam M. Lehmann
Adam is a Partner in our Northeast tax practice and is based out of our Hartford, CT office.
Adam specializes in income tax accounting (ASC 740) and serves as our regional Partner in Charge of Tax Reporting Quality & Risk.
Adam has extensive experience managing tax studies and coordinating worldwide tax services for middle market and fortune 500 multinational companies. Responsibilities included research and planning for acquisitions and divestitures, worldwide cash tax and effective tax rate reduction projects, IRS audits, carve-out financial statements, and multinational tax compliance and tax accounting review.
Prior to joining Grant Thornton in 2013, Adam spent 11 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers specializing in income tax accounting (ASC 740) and corporate tax consulting for multinational SEC registrants and private companies.
Professional qualifications and memberships
- Member AICPA and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants.
- B.S. degree in Accounting from the Rochester Institute of Technology
- Masters in Accounting, specializing in tax from the University of Connecticut
