Kelly Libhart

Kelly is a Tax Partner in Grant Thornton's Denver office with 17+ years of public accounting experience servicing both publicly traded and privately held companies at various stages in the life cycle of a company from start up to well established. She has experience serving companies in a variety of industries including but not limited to manufacturing, construction and hospitality.

Kelly primarily specializes in ASC 740 tax provision matters which include but are not limited to general provision preparation and review, uncertain tax position analysis, interim provision preparation and review, intraperiod tax allocations, repatriation assertions, assessing the need for a valuation allowance, and purchase accounting. She also has an extensive background in federal tax compliance and state and local tax compliance. Kelly primarily serves corporate multi-state, multi-national operations.
