Brandon Johnson

Brandon Johnson is a partner and Oracle lead in Grant Thornton Advisors LLC’s Advisory service line, focused on AI, Data & Tech. He helps organizations modernize finance, supply chain, human capital, and enterprise platforms through Oracle-enabled, AI-powered transformation. With more than 25 years of leadership experience, Brandon advises CFOs, CTOs, and CHROs on complex programs that reduce technology debt, improve decision-making, and create scalable operating models.

Before joining Grant Thornton, Brandon built his career at Accenture, where he held leadership roles across the Oracle Cloud Practice, Platform Transformation Services for the West Americas, and cross-platform and Oracle Business Group initiatives serving the communications, media, and high-tech sectors. He has led large-scale enterprise transformation work for organizations including T-Mobile, Equinix, Uber, Marriott, and Ford, helping clients modernize core platforms, unlock business value, and build stronger foundations for innovation.

Brandon is known for pairing strategic vision with delivery leadership across finance, supply chain, HR, and operations. He works with Fortune 50 and other commercial organizations to connect data, platforms, and AI capabilities in ways that accelerate growth, strengthen resilience, and turn transformation into lasting business value.
