Jessica Knott is an audit partner at Grant Thornton LLP and has over 12 years of public accounting experience serving clients ranging in size from early-stage pre-revenue start-ups to global public and private companies. She manages a portfolio of clients and provides expert advice on accounting, financial reporting, and internal control related matters. Jessica’s clients have benefited from her assistance with complex accounting issues including revenue recognition for multiple-element arrangements, stock-based compensation, debt and equity transactions, acquisitions, and capital raising activities. Her experience also includes SEC filings, initial public offerings, and audits of internal control over financial reporting.
