Dan Potter is the director and the leader of Grant Thornton’s Private Wealth Services (PWS) practice in the Midwest market territory. The PWS practice provides tax advice to business owners, entrepreneurs, executives and high net worth families and individuals. The group provides income tax planning, tax compliance, personal financial planning, and retirement and estate planning. The PWS group provides implementation services for income tax and estate tax planning strategies for the firm’s high net worth clients, and their family members. Potter previously served as the director of corporate tax and risk management for a large privately held commercial printer.
