Stephen Legg

Stephen Legg is an Audit Services partner at Grant Thornton with more than 18 years of public accounting experience. Legg has primarily served commercial enterprises, both private and public, in the technology and consumer products industries. He is the local Client Service Champion and works to ensure the office delivers outstanding service to all clients.

Legg previously completed a two-year post to the Grant Thornton UK LLP office in London. His familiarity with both the United States and the UK provides our clients a unique perspective on doing business in either country. He has assisted clients throughout the UK and the European community by providing technical oversight and managing the U. S. GAAP, GAAS, and SEC financial reporting process, and assisting with due diligence projects on several cross-border acquisitions.
