Wade Kruse is a partner and the Mid-South market territory Transaction Advisory Services practice leader. Kruse has managed hundreds of transaction advisory services projects for private equity and corporate clients, with a primary focus on the financial, tax, IT, and compensation and benefits aspects of businesses. He has experience leading buy-side and sell-side due diligence projects; providing sell-side support for investment bankers and their clients; consulting on carve-out divestitures; identifying working capital requirements and negotiating positions; structuring deals; and managing M&A projects and merger integration. Kruse previously held positions in the assurance and business advisory practices of two Big Four firms.
