Nichole Jordan is the National Managing Partner of Markets, Clients and Industry at Grant Thornton, a leading global professional services firm that provides audit, tax and advisory services. With more than 42,000 people in more than 130 countries, GT is one of the largest professional services firms in the world, serving over 70% of the Forbes Global 100.
Nichole is a member of the firm’s Senior Leadership Team. She is responsible for the firm’s strategic Client Programs, a portfolio of over 700 major clients, of which over 95% are retained each year. Nichole also leads the firm’s Industry Program across the 40 sectors we serve. Her focus is on advanced development programs and go-to-market systems to enable the Client Program and Industry teams to deliver consistent, world-class service to our clients over the long term. Nichole is an executive sponsor of GT’s C-Suite and Board Networks, programs which connect top leaders on emerging trends and innovative ideas that are critical to their business.
Nichole serves as a Leadership Partner on several Diamond Clients and is one of the architects of the Key Client Leadership Program including Service Excellence in Account Leadership (SEAL) and Key Relationship Partners (KRP). Nichole also serves on the firm’s Business Risk Committee as well as the Investment Review Committee.
Nichole has been the Key Relationship Partner for a number of the firm’s large, complex global clients. She regularly advises leaders on critical issues such as enterprise risk management, financial and regulatory reporting, and governance and controls; and helps clients address important regulatory, supervisory and compliance matters with industry regulators. Nichole has previously served on the firm’s Partnership Board and as the National Banking and Securities Industry Leader.

As a leader in the industry, Nichole has spoken at many notable industry forums and has participated in panels discussing key industry topics. In addition, she has published articles on relevant business issues affecting the banking industry and is a frequent resource for reporters covering the industry.
Nichole is committed to community involvement and is actively involved in many of Grant Thornton’s strategic initiatives, including serving on the national Client Experience Council. She has served on the boards of directors of the American Heart Association and the YWCA, as well as the Accounting Advisory Board of the University of Texas at Austin.
Nichole received a bachelor’s degree in business administration in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.
