Luke Nestler

Luke is a Managing Director and leader of the Tax Practice in Phoenix.  Luke has over a decade of experience providing tax planning, and consulting and compliance services to corporations and partnerships in all phases of their business cycle.  He specializes in tax reduction strategies, financial accounting for income taxes and uncertain tax positions (ASC 740), reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and tax accounting methods. 

Luke is the primary relationship leader for the companies that he serves, ensuring that his clients have access to all subject matter experts that the firm has to offer.  He routinely performs as the full outsourced tax function for his clients, and he builds custom workflows to deliver all work timely with an emphasis on managing risk and generating value from the tax function.  He also has extensive controversy experience with favorable outcomes for the companies that he has represented.
