Eddie Demosthenes

Eddie is an audit partner based in our Phoenix office focused on financial statement audit services. Over his career, Eddie has served public and private companies in several industries including hospitality, manufacturing, technology, retail and consumer credit. Eddie has extensive experience serving publicly traded companies and an in-depth understanding of SEC reporting requirements, technical accounting matters and internal controls. Eddie also has experience with various capital transactions including M&A, equity offerings and debt refinancing. In addition, Eddie spent three years working with the firm’s West Region National Practice Director and Professional Practice Director assisting audit teams and companies with technical accounting matters.
