Grant Thornton’s Nichole Jordan named to D CEO’s “Dallas 500”

CHICAGO — Nichole Jordan, Grant Thornton’s regional managing partner for Texoma and market managing partner for the firm’s Dallas and Austin offices, has been named to D CEO’s “Dallas 500,” an annual listing that spotlights influential business leaders driving innovation and growth across the city.

As regional managing partner for Texoma, Jordan focuses on developing and retaining talent, driving market leadership and empowering teams to help clients achieve their most critical business goals. Previously, she served as the national Banking & Securities Industry leader based in New York, where she grew the firm’s client portfolio within the global banking practice. This experience provides a strong foundation as Jordan advises clients through the “Y’all Street movement” in Texas.   

She has served as executive sponsor for the firm’s strategic relationship with the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) for over a decade and is a frequent speaker on governance topics. Recently, Jordan was named to the 2025 NACD Directorship 100 list, recognizing her outstanding contributions to corporate governance.

Her board service spans more than a dozen organizations, including the American Cancer Society CEO Council, American Heart Association, YWCA (Wings), Consumer Technology Association audit committee (host of CES), United Way Tocqueville, the Institute for Excellence in Corporate Governance and The University of Texas at Austin Accounting Advisory Board. Jordan earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Austin, is a certified public accountant in Texas and an NACD Certified Director.
