Further, she embodies Grant Thornton’s commitment to fostering a people-focused workplace. Parker prioritizes mentorship, often taking the firm’s young professionals under her wing and providing a groundswell of support as they grow their careers.

Outside of work, she is a frequent volunteer and member of the board of directors at Cancer Support Community North Texas, which provides individualized support to mothers, fathers, spouses and siblings grappling with a loved one’s cancer diagnosis.

“This recognition is a testament to my teammates,” Parker says. “Our Dallas colleagues are a caring, driven and talented group of people, and I can’t wait to see what our future holds as we continue working alongside a truly exciting group of clients.”
