I started college planning to become an engineer, but I realized I was more drawn to how my math skills could transfer to helping businesses make decisions — and shifted to economics. That led me to transfer pricing. After connecting with a fellow alum from my high school who is a director at Grant Thornton, I landed an interview with the firm. Since then, I’ve built more connections across the globe and have grown into a career that I’m positive is the right fit.
“When I joined the firm three-and-a-half years ago, I was simply interested in transfer pricing. What’s grown since then is my curiosity — about global cultures, collaboration styles and how diverse perspectives shape better client outcomes. That’s influenced not only how I build solutions, but how I lead.”
Get to know some of my fun facts
I grew up...
as an avid golfer playing junior tournaments, and still play today. One of my favorite memories is traveling to Pinehurst, NC each summer with my family to play.
My first passport stamp..
was when I was working with U.S. Kids Golf and got to go to Scotland, which sparked a love of travel. Just this past year I’ve traveled to Chicago, New York, Denver, Dallas and San Diego.
A unique hobby I’d like to pursue…
is calligraphy. A hidden talent of mine is my handwriting and it sounds like a skill that could come in handy. You never know when someone might need help designing wedding invitations.
