My career started in audit and tax at a larger accounting firm, but after consistently working 80-plus-hour weeks, I realized it wasn’t the right long-term fit for me. That’s when I decided I needed an environment where I could do my best work while having the flexibility to prioritize my family. Now I’m building a fulfilling career that lets me empower my team while creating a life I truly love.

to travel and hike — my husband and I hiked in both Switzerland and Washington when I was pregnant. I don't take as many international personal trips these days, but I travel for work often.
