According to our 2023 State of Work survey employees are not faring well. 53% report mental and emotional stress as a top reason for burnout. Common reasons include long hours, workload and people shortages. How can employers positively impact the mental and physical well-being of their employees? This session focuses on the current state of employee mental health and engagement with a focus on solutions, not only for employers, but the families impacted.
