Greg leads a global practice of experienced ERP strategy and selection, project management, functional, and technical resources.
Greg has worked his professional career in business consulting for the leading IT Consulting firms of Arthur Andersen, PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM and Grant Thornton. Focusing on providing referenceable ERP services for over 27 years, Greg has consulted in a diverse portfolio of industries and Fortune 500 companies. He has conducted over 100 ERP implementations/upgrades, and several optimizations, consolidations, and integrations. Greg has extensive supply chain ERP experience in highly regulated industries. Greg also specializes in optimizing organizations through technology and has delivered several transformational systems projects.
Greg focuses on ensuring that his clients experience a transformation – and receive a return on investment from their ERP initiatives. In doing so, he has developed tools and best practices in the areas of data governance, reporting strategy, organizational change management, and Transformation Management Office programs.
Greg has helped many ERP organizations evaluate and assess their organization and controls to create ERP Governance and has published white papers on “The 4 ERP governance best practices you should not ignore” and “The Map from ERP to ROI.”
