Event Description
With the target date for implementation of Pillar Two on the horizon, various jurisdictions continue to draft domestic legislation and move towards enacting the OECD's global tax reform. Despite the lack of legislative progress implementing Pillar 2 in the U.S., many U.S. businesses with international operations may be impacted by the global minimum tax. Please join our international tax team, as we discuss the current status of the Pillar Two framework and how multinational businesses may prepare through the use of digital consulting. In addition, our team will walk through related transfer pricing considerations.
