Issue identification & remediation in quality management systems

Event Description

Audience Disclaimer: This webcast is applicable primarily for individuals at accounting firms who are responsible for systems of quality management. The content is not relevant for individuals outside of accounting firms. If you are interested in considering other Grant Thornton webcasts for CPE credit, see other upcoming webcasts

The need for effective planning and testing is essential for maintaining quality management systems for accounting firms. Even with the best planning, it is inevitable that issues and deficiencies will arise. Join us for an informative webcast on issue identification, evaluation and remediation in effective quality management systems.

Johnson Global Accountancy (JGA) will provide a comprehensive examination of different strategies for issue assessment and remediation, including their implications for firms of varying sizes.

JGA will be joined by Grant Thornton to discuss a practical case study that will provide real-world examples of how to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of issue remediation, and attendees will learn about the challenges and opportunities associated with implementing such a system. Grant Thornton Ireland will share their approach to addressing findings and deficiencies identified during testing.

While Grant Thornton cannot provide an opinion on ISQM1, SQMS1, or other quality management standards or what your organization must do to meet them, we can share our own experiences. JGA can also provide strategic consulting support as your organization embarks on its quality management journey.
