Grocery store workers feeding our communities.

When our marketing director, Stephanie Pendexter-Hahn, shared with us that her sister-in-law and niece went from part-time to seven days a week at their local grocery store — not because they had to but because they wanted to — we knew we found some Everyday Heroes. Heidi and Grace Pendexter are now working almost non-stop to help their neighbors safely get the food supplies they need in order to stay home.

Heidi shared, “I’m lucky to be able to come in every day to help my neighbors and hopefully make them smile. I may be a little tired, but it’s the least we can do.” Thank you Grace and Heidi for helping us safely get what we need.
