Diana Schuetz

Executive summary

Diana Schuetz is a managing director on Grant Thornton’s Technology Enablement team. She is the key leader of IT operations for major projects across the firm, including acquisitions, technology integrations, client communications and much more.

She frequently leads teams of dozens of professionals spanning multiple functions, including product management and enterprise architecture. To thrive in this role, Diana relies on decades of experience in successive leadership roles for global companies, through which she developed specialties for program and product management, as well as software vendor assessment and implementation and systems user adoption.

Prior to Grant Thornton, Diana served in a major operations role for the business consulting firm Arryve. She designed and implemented business strategies, plans and procedures; set performance and growth goals; established and reinforced policies to promote company culture; and managed relationships with suppliers, among many other responsibilities.

Grant Thornton acquired Arryve in 2016, and Diana has served the firm in a succession of IT leadership roles ever since.

Community involvement

Diana is a board member for the King County Sexual Assault Resource Center. Since 2017, she has volunteered for ALPFA, the Association of Latino Professionals for America. Additionally, she volunteers for Eastside Christian School in Bellevue, Washington, serving as a translator for non-English speaking parents during parent-teacher conferences.
