Manosij is a managing director in Grant Thornton’s Enterprise Technology Strategy and Innovation business line. Manosij works with Chief Data Officers, Chief Information and Technology Officers, Risk and Compliance heads, and other leaders at Banking and Insurance sectors to optimize data and technology investments by building effective data and analytics framework, data governance programs and data management capabilities. 

With more than 18 years of experience delivering value through data to decisions projects in financial services, he has deep knowledge of industry practices, business challenges and regulatory drivers.  He utilizes his unique cross industry insights to ensure all solutions proposed not only solve client’s immediate challenges but also are strategic in terms of meeting the business strategic objectives, geared towards future and bottom-line growth.

Manosij helps organizations streamline their investments in digital solutions by establishing guardrails, actionable well-timed next steps and refining their vision and business roadmap that sets the pace which is sustainable for the team and absorbable for the market.

He has presented in numerous conferences has worked in three continents with diversified work force and has traveled extensively gaining traditions and cultural understanding.
