Matt collaborates with clients and leads financial statement audits for multinational organizations and provides advisory services related to SOX 404 and accounting advisory, including the review and preparation of complex consolidated financial statements for companies with both domestic and international operations. He manages an international team during these engagements allowing for a single, local point of contact for his clients. His client portfolio spans businesses at various stages of growth, from rapidly scaling companies experiencing double digit annual revenue increases to large multinationals generating over $12 billion in annual revenues and focused on expanding market share.

In addition, Matt has guided clients through both traditional IPOs (Form S 1) and de SPAC transactions (Form S 4), helping ensure a smooth, compliant transition to the public markets.
