Brian Reynolds is a principal in Grant Thornton’s Public Sector practice. He has more than 20 years of experience providing program and project management, IT strategy and planning, system development and integration, enterprise architecture, and process improvement services. Reynolds uses leading management practices, along with agile, lean and Six Sigma disciplines, to implement effective project management offices that reduce risk; deliver results early and iteratively; continually improve and promulgate leading practices; and organize work around an organization's capacity for change.
Reynolds has significant experience leading teams, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and delivering effective project solutions. His clients have included federal and state government agencies, and organizations within the utility, finance and insurance, and air transportation industries. Prior to his work at Grant Thornton, Reynolds was an associate partner at PwC/IBM.
