Bryan Moser is a partner in Grant Thornton’s Forensic and Valuation Services practice. He has more than 20 years of experience assisting clients involved in investigations and litigation. He began his career as an industry analyst for the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, and he spent nearly 15 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Moser has assisted clients with governmental and internal fraud investigations, including earnings management, billing fraud, employee embezzlement, improper vendor arrangements, tax evasion using offshore entities, and compliance with governmental policies. Moser helps clients get through critical business situations in order to return focus to their core operations.
Moser analyzes the business and financial aspects of complex litigation matters, assisting with damages analyses, calculations of lost profits and defense of class-action suits. He has assisted clients in disputes involving breaches of contract, product liability, intellectual property and purchase price disputes requiring the analysis of complex accounting issues on behalf of buyers and sellers.
