Brett Lewis is Grant Thornton's managing partner in the Great Plains market territory, which is composed of the firm's Minneapolis, Kansas City, Wichita and St. Louis offices, as well as the Omaha and Des Moines markets. Earlier, Lewis was Kansas City office managing partner. His more than 30 years of experience includes serving previously as the Denver office managing partner, as well as the professional standards partner. He also previously served a term as the leader of the firm's Professional Excellence committee.He has significant SEC experience, which includes numerous registration statements, comfort letters, SOX 404 integrated audits and review of registrant responses to SEC comment letters. Lewis has served growth-oriented public and private clients in a wide variety of industries, including retail, restaurants, technology, manufacturing and distribution, construction, and services.
