Tom is a Principal in Grant Thornton’s Advisory Services practice and leads FS-Operations Transformation (FS OT) in the U.S.
With more than 25 years of Financial Services (FS) experience, Tom spent the majority of his career advising multi-national FS firms across their core Retail Banking, Wholesale Banking, Wealth Management and Insurance businesses in the United States, Europe and Asia Pacific. His experience includes leading large and complex strategy and delivery programs. He is most recognized for helping enable businesses to better perform and integrate their full set of core capabilities for the benefit of their customers, finding new opportunities to grow, and effectively adapting to changes in compliance and regulatory business environments.
Tom most recently worked at NH Worldwide Consulting where he was a VP (Partner Level) in their global Financial Services Banking practice.
Before that role, Tom held leadership positions at Bank of America Corp. where he was Head of Business Strategy & Performance for Institutional Retirement, led global enterprise business integration initiatives across wholesale banking and investments, built a new consumer directed healthcare (CDHC) business, and served as an executive on multiple large scale M&A programs.
Early on in Tom’s career, he worked for Andersen Consulting LLP/Accenture (global banking practices located in Sydney, Australia and Charlotte, NC), Burlington Industries and Jefferson-Pilot Corp.
