Grant Thornton issued a comment letter in response to the Office of Management and Budget’s (OMB) proposed revisions to sections of Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations (2 CFR 25 and 2 CFR 200). We understand the value that the Office of Federal Financial Management seeks to create in updating and modifying this regulatory set.
