EAGLE II – Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions II


On July 29, 2013 the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) awarded Grant Thornton a position on the Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions II (EAGLE II) contract vehicle. EAGLE II is a services-based contract that will enable all DHS components to acquire Information Technology (IT) support services and has an estimated award ceiling of $22 billion over the 5 year base + 2 option year life of the contract. The award to Grant Thornton was for the Functional Category 2 – Information Technology Program Support Services. The scope for this category includes the full range of business and technical management services in support of DHS offices or programs, excluding acquisition support services. The services covered by the EAGLE II contract cover a broad spectrum of Grant Thornton’s offerings including:

Quality assurance program
Grant Thornton’s quality control (QC) plan is dictated by our Engagement Management Guide and is a standard procedure in our firm. Our QC plan addresses the entire project management life cycle.
