Brad Marchand is a Principal in Grant Thornton's Public Sector practice. He joined the firm in 2011, and has more than 25 years of experience providing business consulting and technology solutions services. He specializes in federal systems implementations and Shared Services, spanning the full systems development life cycle from business case development and requirements analysis to implementation and organizational change management.


Mr. Marchand also leads Grant Thornton's federal Shared Services practice. Mr. Marchand is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and is a member of the Association of Government Accountants (AGA), the American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC), and the Shared Services Leadership Coalition (SSLC). He received a BA in management and economics from DePauw University.
