Ann Marie Williams has more than 20 years of big-firm experience, specializing in areas affecting ultrahigh net worth individuals, multigenerational wealthy families, corporate executives and closely held business owners. She has extensive experience in the areas of business succession planning, estate and financial planning, complex wealth transfer strategies, investments, insurance, retirement planning, multistate and cross-border tax planning, divorce, asset protection, and litigation support, as well as estate, trust, gift, generation skipping, business, private foundation, and individual income tax planning and preparation.

Williams practiced as an attorney during the early years of her career, but spent most of it working for global accounting firms. She is a frequent speaker on succession planning for business owners and topics relating to income, gift, generation skipping, trust and estate taxation. Williams also participates in the development and implementation of the firm’s strategies and initiatives, including activities that support industry, business and private wealth service goals. In addition, she is passionate about creating a culture of flexibility, diversity and inclusion within the firm, as well as optimizing client service and client expansion opportunities within the context of firm goals, business objectives and core values.
